Meet Sarah Lee Gossett Parrish
Sarah Lee is admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in Oklahoma; all state courts in Texas and Colorado; the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. She received her B.A. in Letters from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with the Silver Leitzeiser Award for Outstanding Senior, Phi Beta Kappa, and Summa Cum Laude. While chairing the Oklahoma Governor’s Commission on the Status of Women, Sarah Lee was instrumental in starting the Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame. Often interviewed in print and digital media, Sarah Lee has been quoted in Marijuana Business Daily, Los Angeles Times, The Denver Post, The Chicago Tribune, and online publications of ABC News, Newsmax, InStyle, Food and Wine, The Leaf, Leafbuyer.com, Cannabis Tech, CPA Practice Advisor, Cooking Light, and Health.com magazines. She has been a guest on numerous radio shows, including Cannabis A to Z with Frankie Boyer, iHeart Radio, Andy Hooser The Voice of Reason, The Mike Siegel Show, the Heidi Selexa Show, and KTOK, and the Cannabis & Tech Cannabis Tech Talks podcast Episode 120 at MJBizCon 2022. Her legal thriller took second place in the New York Law Journal’s 2006 Fiction Writing Contest, and she has shown her fine art photography (www.sarahleeartphoto.com) at Art San Diego and during Miami’s Art Basel week at Spectrum Miami. Most recently, her photography has been featured in the UK editions of Vanity Fair, British Vogue, and House & Garden.
Sarah Lee has served on numerous community boards, including The Oklahoma City Ballet Board, Travelers Aid and Homeless Assistance Center, Lynn Health Science Institute, and has judged brief writing and moot court competitions for the American Bar Association and OU Law School. She also served as a deacon in her church and has been active in various local bible studies.
Outside of her professional and community commitments, Sarah Lee enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling with her daughter, golfing, walking, hiking, and relaxing at the beach with a good book and a fine glass of wine. An avid foodie, she also loves discovering new dining spots. A lifelong music enthusiast, Sarah finds joy in attending the symphony, jazz clubs, and concerts—or simply unwinding at home by playing her piano or cello.
